Fresh Tasmanian salmon is oven baked medium rare, coated with a tahini spiced yogurt, and topped with a thick layer of finely chopped coriander, red onion, chilli, walnuts and pomegranates. 

It is amazing served at room temperature and makes entertaining easy. A delicious addition to your Easter table.
